PROGRAM FOCUS:
The two-day program is run by senior licensing specialists from the Department of Commerce (Bureau of Industry and Security), the Department of Defense (Defense Technology Security Administration), and the Department of State (Directorate of Defense Trade Controls). The program will cover the information exporters in the aerospace and related industries need to know to comply with U.S. export control requirements on both commercial and military goods. The program will include both presentations and panel discussions where your questions can be answered by the people who actually review your license applications.

Note: This program is an advanced licensing seminar and is suited for those already versed in the basics of export controls.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS:
The program instructors are experienced export policy specialists, engineers and enforcement personnel from BIS, DTSA and DDTC Washington D.C. headquarters and field offices. The instructors will be available throughout the seminar to answer your questions regarding how the export regulations affect the export activities of your organization or client.
PRELIMINARY QUESTIONS:
If you have particular issues that you would like to have considered by the panels, please feel free to provide them to the coordinator or directly to Gene Christiansen at gchristi@bis.doc.gov before the actual program. Such submissions will give the panel members time to research the issue for a more comprehensive response. The panels will also respond to questions raised in the course of the seminar.

REGISTRATION FEE:
